Birthday dinner
It was Katina's birthday on Tuesday. Chris took her to the Roof restaurant on the top floor of the Joseph Smith Memorial Building. It overlooks the temple and valley. We had a seat next to the window where we could see the details of the Salt Lake Temple. The Roof is a formal buffet style restaurant. It is quite expensive,but well worth every penny. The desserts are fabulous. They also had this fabulous tomato and archichoke soup. It you ever have a special event to celebrate and are in the SL area, I highly recommend this restaurant. I would only recommend this restaurant once a year. Otherwise you could go into debt ($36 a person).

Katina! Hope you had a wonderful birthday! Sounds like you were treated very well. How are things going these days? What are you going to do now that you passed your test?
WOW! That is expensive, but I'm glad that you had a little luxury for your birthday. I hope that it was a happy one. Love you!
